Having set up Hoss Photography over thirty yeas ago,  Hoss is a proud father and grandfather so understands the special relationships within families, and the importance of capturing professional, creative images with real heart. 

He married his wife Tracy in 1986, and with her many years in marketing, they make the perfect team.  Tracy manages everything to do with the business from their lovely studio based just outside Watford in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, allowing Hoss the freedom to constantly develop his creative talents, and keep abreast of the ever-changing world of art and photography.

He's renowned for his contemporary, fashion style of photography, and has has gained many qualifications and awards, notably Fellow of the Master Photographers Association and Qualified European Photographer, whilst the list of regional, national and international awards grows year on year.

He has many international clients and will often travel abroad to undertake commissions. He is also in demand worldwide as a conference speaker, lecturer and judge, having travelled throughout Europe, America and the Middle East. As if all this isn't enough, he gladly shares his time and expertise with young aspiring photographers, critiquing their work and giving advice and direction.

Tracy has a strong background in business development and marketing. She began her career as a Marketing Executive for EMI's flagship hotel, The Tower Hotel later becoming the corporate Business Development Manager for three of their most prominent hotels in the West End the Royal Horseguards, Royal Westminster and Royal Trafalgar Hotels. 

She joined Hoss in his new photography business in 1994 and quickly became the first person ever to be awarded the prestigious title of Associate of The British Institute of Professional Photography in Business Management. 

She doesn’t take photographs, but with thirty years experience in the industry, she knows a good image when she sees one! ‘I feel very confident running a business where I know that the photographer is so talented. It’s a great feeling knowing that we’ll deliver the very best for our clients’. Her pivotal role in the business ensures that Hoss Photography continues to go from strength to strength.

She is also the first voice many clients hear when they first call, and she is adept at ensuring they feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome.
