Your Voucher will be sent to you by Royal Mail, so please ensure we have your correct address details including your postcode.
You should normally receive your gift voucher within 7 seven working days. Please contact us if you have not received it within 14 working days.
Refund policy. You may cancel the voucher transaction at any time within 7 working days (this does not include weekends or public holidays) from the date you receive the voucher. You must do so by sending an email notifying us that you are cancelling, to tracy@hossphotography.com You will not be entitled to cancel if you have already redeemed the Voucher. Only the person purchasing will be refunded.
